I had such a great experience at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers today! I came in with a fast-leaking rear passenger tire after running over a nail—I had been putting air in it 2–3 times a day, so I really needed help ASAP. Before arriving, I had already been to two other locations within an hour. TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE! First off I never leave bad reviews if I don’t like some place I say nothing. But their treatment of me was that bad! I have brought my car to this place for 3 years. Overall they’ve been expensive but fair. I believe recently there has been new management and they’ve fallen down the drain. The service at this location is always exceptional. Oil changes and repairs are fast and prices are very reasonable. Everyone is also super friendly and helpful. I come to this location anytime my car needs service.
