Did the tire rotation with them, there was a weird sound coming after that. I was told that it is normal to get that sound after tire rotation. It last for more than a week, I bring the car back, and I have been told that they need to inspect the car & charge $99 for that. The staff seems rude, I recommend not to bring your car to this place

Got Flat Tire on my way to work. stoped at Express Oil Change here at Aliana, Richmond. DIEGO helped me right away & was very helpful.
Quick shout out to Diego! I get my oil changed there but needed a top up on my air pressure in my tires. Diego jumped on it to help. THEN, my jeep wouldn't start. I popped the hood and Diego took 15 seconds with a power tool to tighten the terminal connection. He is the reason that I will be a lifetime customer. Diego was kind, competent and generally awesome!
