Al was great, very helpful. The oil change was quick.
I was very impressed with how quickly the service engineer was able to assist me with my questions and concerns about my vehicles maintenance issues. He was very kind, knowledgeable and understanding of my situation and was able to quickly identify the issue and resolve it. Thanks again Josh!!
My wife Marylou and I had gone to two other locations, and no one came out to greet us, as a matter of fact one one location opposite Costco in Independence, I walked into the office to ask if we could get service, 3 guys standing in the office on their phones I even coughed to get their attention.. didn’t even look up So I walked out and aske my wife let’s go to the Belton location where we have been going when living there, it was worth the trip. Great service, friendly staff that is super helpful. Have bought tires and had oil changes here. They patched a tire that was brand new for free. These guys provide old school service.
