I’ve been here twice for an oil change and tire rotation and had good experiences, but my last visit changed that. They showed me a dirty engine air filter and said it came from my car. I declined and planned to replace it myself. When I checked it at home, my actual filter is red and not dirty at all. The one they showed me was white and clearly not from my car.
