The mechanics at this shop do not know what they’re doing. DO NOT GO THERE. I went there to have my A/C looked at, was told it would take about an hour and a half. They said my car was full of Freon and that it was likely a mechanical issue. Ended up sitting there for over 3 hours, then was told they needed to replace a blend door actuator and the issue still wasn’t resolved. My husband and I got an oil change there recently. We'd had a bad experience at a different Jackson, TN oil change business in the past, but then we found Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers. They are fantastic. The business is clean, runs efficiently, and customer service was top notch! If you need an oil change where you don't spend an arm and a leg, go here and ask for Rod. He will fix you right up!!
Tasha was very helpful and I was able to get my oil changed and other inspections done in less than 10 minutes with a reasonable price
