Absolutely terrible experience. I went in for a simple tire patch after getting a nail, and they tried to tell me my tire was “warped” from driving on it. On top of that, they gave me a quote for a completely different car that isn’t even mine. I left and went to a trusted mechanic, who confirmed it only needed a basic patch and that there was no warping at all. Took our cobalt in for an oil change, never had an issue before well lo and behold they forgot to put oil in the car. 2 weeks later engine is seized! Firestone confirmed no leaks anywhere- just never had oil replaced.
