Went in for an oil change. Suede was my service guy. This took a ridiculous amount of time because he was the only one doing anything. A tall young guy talked to a guy in his car the whole time I was there, not about oil changes. There was a heavy black guy that just leaned on my grill while he talked to my guy, then went and leaned on the wall. Another car came up and Suede stopped on my job to go meet that customer. Ivan washed my windows as I was having my oil changed. I told him I have been using different Express Oil locations and this is the first time anyone has washed my front and back windows. Job well done.
