Didn’t top off any fluids. Installed O-ring on oil filter housing incorrect causing a major loss of oil. I will never let these “techs” do an oil change again. They do NOT know how to do a simple task and give zero shits about making it right. They realized a few hours later after my daughter left, that they forgot to put the plastic engine cover back on.
