I was very impressed with how quickly the service engineer was able to assist me with my questions and concerns about my vehicles maintenance issues. He was very kind, knowledgeable and understanding of my situation and was able to quickly identify the issue and resolve it. Thanks again Josh!!
My wife Marylou and I had gone to two other locations, and no one came out to greet us, as a matter of fact one one location opposite Costco in Independence, I walked into the office to ask if we could get service, 3 guys standing in the office on their phones I even coughed to get their attention.. didn’t even look up So I walked out and aske my wife let’s go to the Belton location where we have been going when living there, it was worth the trip. Al was great, very helpful. The oil change was quick.
The manager Albert could use some customer service training. In my experience and opinion he speaks to customers extremely aggressively, also speak to his employees extremely rude and aggressively in front of customers. I understand some jobs are harder than others. I'm a firm believer you should put the same amount of quality into every job no matter how frustrating it is to you.
