Took an hour for 4 guys to change my oil and rotate my tires when I was the only one there. Guy looking at his phone and leaning on my vehicle while it was raised. Told me by serpentine belt was fraying to try to get another $200+ out of me
Was able to walk in and they diagnosed my car right away and was able to fix the issue asap! Very pleased.
I was able to slow roll our vehicle into the shop parking lot after a blown tire. The manager, JD, and his team were super helpful in diagnosing the situation. They found defects in a 2nd tire that was too dangerous to continue driving. They did not have matching tires in stock but JD called a nearby tire shop and even loaned me his personal vehicle to pickup the new tires and then he and his team installed them.
