I had 2 oil changes in my gmc canyon, no problem, so i sent my wife there for an oil change on her 2020 4 runner, 1st time for her no problem, 2nd time she came home with oil burning smell and i figure they just spilled a little on the engine but a few days later after it was still happening i found they had not tightened the drain plug and the oil pan guard bolts were only 1/2 way in the guard.
