I brought my truck in for an oil change. My service tech was George. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. It’s so nice to see great customer service. It’s rare these days. I will definitely go back to express oil in the future. Thank you so much, George.
5/5 for George at the Newnan location. He noticed my tires we down to the wire when I had no idea . I am leaving for a trip tomorrow , so that could have potentially been a very bad situation for me . George went above and beyond to make sure everything was good to go on my car before my trip .
This is the second time I’ve been to this location and will continue to go back. George is great. Everyone is polite, and helpful.
