Went to get an oil change. The guy took out my air filter without my permission and then asked me if I wanted it changed. I said no and he put it back without fully screwing the case lid shut properly some screws were loose. Also the bottom of my car had a cover which was also not screwed back on properly which caused it to fall off a couple of days later and I had to purchase screws to put it back on there. 2 stars cause they actually got the oil change done in the midst of all that.

My tire had a leak & wouldn't keep air. I initially made an appt with someone else but, had to get air in the tire before I made the drive. I'm not from here so I'm doing this all using Google. The two air machines I found were out of order. I decided to go to EOCTE next door & when I told them my situation, they jumped into action to assist me.
