They had trouble identifying an obvious leak, telling me that there was and was not a leak under my car on different visits. When I stated my confusing on their misdiagnosis, I was greeted by a rude, passive aggressive and sarcastic supervisor.
Crew was super polite!
Stopped in for a tire rotation and a worker did not know how to drive a manual transmission after they assured me they could service my car. A different worker had to drive my vehicle in the service bay after the first one repeatedly stalled my car four different times, also revving the engine high for no reason. Other employees laughed as though it was amusing. I was in fear they would damage my vehicle! Don’t try and book an inspection online for the following day. They will just call you 5 minutes before your appointment saying they have to cancel but have availability a week from now to get you in. Even when the website showed available appointments ALL DAY the day you originally scheduled it.
