I have loved going to this place to get my oil change! Gabe has been a pleasure to do business with and someone I can trust with my car. I normally only go to Gabe when getting an oil change, but the last time I went, it was his day off. So I tried a new person, Chad, who was the employee to help me. He made me feel very uncomfortable and tried to upsell me on things that were not necessary. I have never felt like this before at Express Oil, and it's making me consider not coming back. I’m from out of state, I literally drive my pick up cross country for a living. As a woman, it is extremely difficult to trust technicians. From the first phone call in Chad the store manager made everything such a pleasure, so knowledgeable, professional, and so easy to do business. I needed (to my knowledge) an oil change, my tires rotated, balanced, and an alignment. He called me out to show me what I was feeling, which was obviously a bad wheel hub.
