I never give 5 stars fr unless service was Top TIERR .. this boy tony did his THING. Was a Gentleman the whole time. Super nice to mee and on Top fixed a loose ahh cable i NEEDED fixed 😭😭 im driving home grateful asf bc of him & car full on oil , & gah pedal going in beautifulll im so happy rn. give that boy a raise plz he did NOT have to fix me up like this. Just had my usual mechanic change my filter and turns out this place used the wrong filter. It looked completely different. What a mess.
I came in February for an oil change, and all was well at first. However after I left my skid plate was touching the road. I was far from the original location so i had to stop at another express oil to take it off. it was twisted and turned and ruined. Then soon after my car started scraping after the plate was removed. This shop used to be my go-to for quick and reliable service. Unfortunately, a recent experience with Chad left me feeling uncomfortable enough to reconsider going back. On a Saturday visit, I was greeted by a staff member and requested an oil change, specifically asking for a particular mechanic by name.
