Brian was a pleasure. He was able to assist me with my tire sensors extremely fast.
I called Express Oil ( Gaston location) to get a new tire for my Tundra. I spoke to Dante about the tire I was looking for and he was able to locate one for me. He took my information and said he would call me when he received my order. The next day he called to give me an update as to when the tire would be in. Today he called to let me know he had my tire and told me to come by when I had time to get it installed. Very rare to find great customer service these days. Great follow-through Dante!! Thanks!!
Again, these guys went above & beyond. They helped with a skid plate issue (removal). Dante was very professional, courteous and friendly. I will be back. Great guys. Very helpful and quick.
