Went to valvoline in late June for an oil change and then a couple weeks later I got a “low oil level” message on my car. Took it to Brayden and Exaudi at Express Oil Change and they found the problem was a loose drain plug that hadn’t been tightened correctly. They quickly found the problem, fixed it and sent me on my way. 5 star service!!

Brayden serviced my suv with a full oil change and advised me to get my transmission fluid replaced. I don’t recall anyone ever telling me how much this service is needed. He was very professional and friendly.
