Good experience. Quick and thorough. My technician, DeMonte was professional, courteous and positive. He advised me the my air filter was due replacing, which I did. Thanks again for making an oil change a quick and easy process. Plus its convenient...only a few minutes away in Bluffton.
These guys are truly the best. Demonte helped me over the weekend with my oil change and he was so kind and helpful. I always come here (admittedly not as often as I should, but I've been several times!) and am always impressed by how friendly everyone is. Will be back soon for tires. Thank you!
Demente went above and beyond for my oil change. His customer service skills and professionalism stood out to me as a customer that has had my oil change here in SC. First and foremost he reset my dashboard and made sure it was resolved without me even asking. He did get pulled away and was handed to an additional technician, but this was the 1st time in SC anyone offered without the ask and resolved the issue.
