Express Oil Change is my go-to place for an oil change. Camille really stands out, she’s thorough and pays attention to every detail. She took the time to inspect my vehicle carefully, and my oil changes are always quick. I’d definitely recommend them.
I honestly can’t say enough good things about this location. They’ve been servicing my car for about 2.5 years now and I will continue to take it there for as long as I live in the area. Payton was fantastic! We were stuck at the hotel with a dead battery and cell. We were leaving McKinney and trying to get home to Conroe. He quickly put in a new battery for us and we were on our way home. Payton was extremely helpful and courteous. What a polite young man.
Jacob was incredibly helpful and kind to both my dad and me. He took the time to help us with several things we needed, answered our questions, and made sure we found solutions to everything. He also helped us with our car’s oil change and made the whole process easy and stress-free. We really appreciated his patience, professionalism, and great customer service.
