A few weeks ago the brake lights would not turn off. After figuring out what I needed I attempted the repair myself. With no success I went to Express Oil In Ooltewah TN and they took the car back. Turns out I had the wrong part, after they spent 45 minutes trying to install it. The technician then showed me the correct part. When I returned with the correct part, they installed it in 5 minutes. The best part is that they did not charge me for the 1 hour of labor they worked on it, the manager said, no charge!!!
