I called at 330ish on a Saturday because my tire was hissing air and I desperately needed it patched so I could make it to work the next day. They told me to come on in and they would fix it if it could be fix. I showed up and they got me right in and within 30 minutes I was back on the road. Fantastic customer service and I appreciate y'all squeezing me in an hour before closing to help me out.
I was having battery troubles when I called. Kenny, the manager, picked up and helped me troubleshoot the problem. I bought a replacement and managed to get the car over. He swapped out the battery without hesitation, free of charge.
