I went in for routine service and had a mixed experience. The male staff member I interacted with was helpful and professional. Unfortunately, the female mechanic who worked on my car was dismissive and disrespectful, rolling her eyes, scoffing at my questions, and laughing during our interaction. I remained polite and was simply trying to understand the work being done. The behavior made the experience uncomfortable and felt unnecessary. I hope management addresses consistency in customer service.
A young man came and greeted me right away. I always come to Express because I know it’s quality work, I am respected and treated honestly, and they use full synthetic oil for a reasonable price. I’m always driving out of there happy. Johnnie helped me the rest of the way—he even cleaned my windshield and topped off my fluids at no extra charge. 6/5 stars.
Dakota Randall was and is always excellent, professional, respectful, courteous , and punctual. My experiences with this crew have always been exemplary. Thanks guys! Also, Johnnie B is in the same category!
Johnnie B was fantastic. He was very professional. I am a returning customer and will continue use their services.
I have used express oil change for a while now and have never received as great as service at Johnnie B. gave in Defuniak.
