The worker that helped me today was great and answered all my questions. I will continue to go here for my car maintenance.
Stripped my oil drain plug and then put a self tapping bolt in without ever telling me what was going on. They decided to tell me about it as I was about to leave that next time I’ll have to get the whole pan replaced since we won’t be able to remove/replace the drain bolt. They of course blame the stripped bolt on whoever did the oil change last.
Quick, easy, and the workers were super kind! Love being able to stay in the car with the kids!
Customer service and transparency is a top notch within this team
