As a mom with two young kids, I appreciate any service where I don't have to get out of my car. The technicians were very nice, and answered all of my questions without making me feel dumb. I also appreciated that they asked for permission before doing anything in my space like opening the door for the VIN or reaching through the window to reset the "maintenance required" light.
