Sean, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure my oil change and skid plate were taken care of properly. I truly appreciate the level of service, professionalism, and attention to detail. Excellent customer service from start to finish!
Came here since my tire light kept coming on! Kenny, Dylan & Sean were exceptional! Very professional, personable, & honest! They worked with me to get me the best price on two new tires & I also got an alignment. They were upfront with the pricing as well! I’d definitely recommend going to this location if you need car maintenance in Baton Rouge!
So very disappointed- Dylan was great but I waited an hour & a half to get 2 tires that were ordered replaced….. long story short instead of telling me I was just waiting for a new customer ….. I waisted my lunch hour. THEN- came back @ 5pm & still sitting here waiting @ 6:33pm…. Unacceptable- Walmart would have been faster
The thorough, friendly, and quality service are beyond compare! I have sent friends and family there . The manager and his staff routinely go above and beyond. ….. I consider them to be my car’s home away from home!
