They let people jump the line... So don't expect fast or fair service.
I bought new tires and was referred to Oil Exp for front end alignment. They didn't try to tell me that I needed this and that but said all looked good. A yr later, I hit an object on the road. Had to have work done but my mech doesn't do alignments. I brought it back to Oil Exp and again they gave me a good report and even adj the back end and said it was slightly off but they adj as best they could.
