Friendly & fast
I pulled up to Express oil in Greer, SC and a Austin came up to my window and his customer service less than poor. I was the only car being serviced and that should have been the first red flag. This is a place where you would go if it's your last resort trust me.
Had the oil changed in my wife’s vehicle last week. The technician broke the oil filter case and my car was reading low oil pressure. Took it to my mechanic who replaced it and said that was the cause of the oil pressure problem. The assistant manager, Austin refused to refund me the price for the damage they caused. Very poor service. Will probably not take my vehicles back.
Great experience! Will be back for future oil changes!
