I was having car problems and got my car towed to this location. Not only did they get my car fixed up, Josh explained to me what was wrong, how he recommended to fix it and updated me along the way. This place is honest and fairly priced. Will only go here as long as I’m anywhere near Charolette or Denver, NC.
I got off work and came here on the verge of the Express Oil Change in Denver, NC getting ready to close just about 30 minutes. With that being said, I made my problem known and based on what was reviewed I was told by Josh that he would not recommend me to leave with how bad my brakes and router was. Just so you know, I was taken care of even when the shop was closed. Thank you Josh and team, I really do appreciate the service 👍🏽. Great Service!
Krystin was amazing and super helpful. She was honest and willing to explain things and I felt really comfortable there. Will definitely be going back to this location specifically for their customer service.
