Wes at Express Oil Change in Navarre was fantastic. He knocked out my oil change quickly, topped off all my fluids, and took the time to walk me through my car’s maintenance in a way that actually made sense. On top of that, he went above and beyond by referring me to another department to help answer a few extra questions I had. Super knowledgeable, patient, and professional—this is the kind of service that keeps you coming back!
Honest people. I took my wife’s car in for an oil change before a road trip. Wes showed me the dipstick, the oil was like new. I had misread the mileage on the service sticker. He topped off my fluids and sent me on my way, no charge. You can’t buy integrity.
As im sitting here getting my ram 3500 serviced, and this is the only place I trust to do it, I hear the person in the bay next to me has an oil leak. What did this shop do... they didn't take her money, they didn't charge her for theor time in finding the leak, they asked if it was still under warranty and when she said yes... they told her to take ot to the Honda dealer. They could have changed her oil and charged her, but they did the right thing and told her that Honda would have to change the oil to fix the leek. In a w... read more
