Army Vet here, I've taken several of my vehicles here (Ironbridge location) since they opened without issue. A month ago I had them do 5k worth of work to my wife's 2021 Explorer including new tire install. They broke two existing tire sensors and now refuse to replace them and told my wife "they must have both just gone bad". In addition, the front axle shaft they replaced is whining/rubbing and making strange sounds (never an issue before they worked on it) but they "dont hear that it's an issue". I scheduled a 10:30 AM appointment at Express Oil Change, and was told that the service would take about 1.5 hours. However, I ended up waiting almost 4 hours, and it became clear they had forgotten I was there. I saw customers who arrived after me get their cars and leave before mine was ready. When I finally checked in around noon, I was told the technicians had gone to lunch and no work had been performed on my vehicle. Today was my first visit, and the service was fantastic. They offered several choices of oil for my Wife's vehicle and offered me some water or coffee while I sat in the car getting the service completed. I will be returning soon with my F150 for tire service! Highly recommend!
My experience with Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers was great. The entire staff does an excellent job. STEPHEN BURNETT especially does a remarkable job of explaining and offering the right services or repairs. He goes above and beyond with great customer service.
