My experience at Express Oil Change was 4star. I was online but the wait was accurate with the 10 minute service and number of cars. Jaysen was very nice, informed me of every step, what was being done and what was suggested to be done. He also updated my car’s maintenance schedule reminder. Very pleasant and efficient service!
So very unhappy with their customer service. My daughter took her car in to get an oil change and they removed a protective plate under her car and were not able to put it back on. She was told it was a “safety issue” The plate had several clips that held it in place and she was only left with 1. Now the protective plate is in the trunk and we’re stuck with trying to put it back on!! Unacceptable!
Waited two hours for two cars infront of me. After the second car finally got pulled in. I was over it.
