Once again, this place continuously surprises me. I went to this location on 3/12 between 8 and 8:30 am for an appointment for my diagnostic. I was hearing a noise in my engine that another mechanic diagnosed as intake manifold with parts and labor of around $700. Jr, at Express auto did all the technical tests and engine light sensor tests etc, and said despite the noise, there are no indicators of issues. These guys are awesome! Very professional, timely, and courteous, I would highly recommend! I've now been going here for 10 years. The owners are wonderful and often on site. They really care about their customers and it shows. I'm a big price shopper, yet I happily pay a little more for my oil changes here because it's worth every penny. Sometimes I have it done at the dealership when I have to get a recall done at the same time, but I cringe the whole time...knowing the service is so much better at Express Oil. I pulled in a couple weeks ago 15 minutes to closing on a Saturday. No one was in any of the bays, the guys were talking and clearly finishing up for the day. Sam approached me and initially we started making an appointment for the following week since that was the first day I'd be able to get back there again. Then he offered to just do it right then.
