I had a great experience yesterday with Michael at the 1554 Mtg Hwy location. He was knowledgeable and talked to me about what I needed and didn’t try to sell me on things I didn’t need, which is always my hesitation with getting my oil changed. As a female, I felt comfortable and in no way felt “talked down to” like others have in the past at other businesses.
