Daniel at Express Oil Change in Hoover is an outstanding employee!!!! I stopped by because my tire pressure icon came on. Daniel checked my tire pressure and inflated my tires back to the correct pressure. He was professional and courteous!!!! I highly recommend Express Oil Change #108, Highway 31, in Hoover!!!!!!!!!
I went to this location for a bad oil leak we spent $500 to get my car fixed and they didn’t fix it these people are a scam !!!! I had to take my car back 4 times and each time they kept saying something different. At first they said it was my gasket covers which they claimed to have fixed the next time they said my dipstick needed to be replaced and that they would have to take apart my entire motor to do so they continued to spray something on my car to hide the leak temporarily whole time it was my vtec solenoid which I h... read more

Tyler was really helpful and professional. He didn’t rush through the process and made sure he explained all services that will require attention in the future. He did advise and offer replacements, but he wasn’t pushy for me to obtain the services after I declined. Overall pleasant experience.
