Two strikes and they're gone for me. The first time I went to the business, it was fine. The oil was changed in my car and no problems. The second oil change, the manager mentioned I needed a serpentine belt. He quoted the price + labor for me and then charged me $10 more than what he said. He apologized for that error and put a $10 credit on my account. I appreciated that, but on the third oil change, my car started leaking the day after.
