They "fixed" my air conditioner in May and 5 months later it's not blowing cold again. I made an appointment to get it fixed for this morning at 8:30. I got there at 8:30, gave them the key and went to the waiting room. There was another guy waiting. We sat there until 9, when a guy came in and said they were double booked for 8:30 and my car would be looked at after the truck parked out front was done.
