Short-staffed today. There was no line, so I rolled right in for an oil change. After about 30 minutes of waiting (with a crying baby in the back seat), I ask about progress and am told they haven't started and there isn't a technician available. Unfortunately, I left without an oil change. Maybe next time?

3 minutes and 30 second oil change from pulling in until I was out of the parking lot. I didn't even have time to eat my lunch, and I'm fine with that.
