I was clear that all I wanted was an oil change but of course thats not what was done, while looking for anything else he may could talk me into paying for the service guy broke my air filter cover by over tightening, using a drill to put screws in plastic. Then they refused to pay to replace it or do anything to try to make it right. On top of that the bill for the oil change was more than General Motors charges. I definitely would NOT recommend this shop.

Let me tell you that my service experience was the best. Shout out to Tom and the manager Tommy!
I recently posted a less than perfect score for the Fairfield, AL location. However, Tommy has completely turned this around, I would like to recognize him as a patient individual and I will return and ask for him personally.. #gotommy
