Recommendedextremely helpful, I get my oil and my tires done here and I'm always taking care of.
Business response:
Thank you for the positive words, Kasandra! When our customers are happy, we’re happy. We look forward to doing business with you again in the future!
RecommendedThe staff is super friendly. And quick. Stand behind their work. 10 stars out of 5! :)
RecommendedThey are honest, fair and trustworthy! I am so grateful to have found a place we can go where I know they will fix our cars correctly and only fix what is needed! We are customers for life!!
RecommendedMy experience with the old TE in Waxhaw sucked. So when a coworker raved about Big Mike and team I was dubious. But, for the last year I have taken work and personal vehicles there. Fast. Friendly. Seriously, come see Mike and team, they’ll take care of you!
RecommendedGreat staff, honest and friendly. Bring all my cars here.
RecommendedLoved my first experience with Express Oil Change! Mike showed great customer service! Go Cowboys!
The people at this shop are amazing and courteous they will do anything to make you happy and take care of your vehicle while you wait
Friendly and professional. They were done with my oil change before I even took 2 sips of coffee! I used to go to the dealership for all maintenance and would wait for HOURS, even for just an oil change. Never again! I will be going here from now on. Thanks guys!
