This happened at the west stone drive location but I have already reviewed them for a bad oil change they did. I decided to get my A/C recharged today and was able to make an appointment for 4:00. I got to their location and was told that their A/C guy was out for the week. Pretty irritating to make an appointment, take off work early, drive a half hour, to be told “sorry” with a shoulder shrug.

I have been coming to express oil change since 2019. Every time I have arrived I have brought older vehicles and the technicians expertly and wisely take care of them so that I've been able to get well over 100,000 miles on them. The crew and technicians are all very thorough, conscientious and very insightful. If they spot something that could break in the next 5,000 miles, they let me know and I tell them to fix it and this ensures me my vehicle will keep running great. I came in close to closing time, there was someone in front of me AND my hood latch is broken so it's almost impossible to get it open. They still took the time to get my hood open and even stayed over business hours to make sure my truck was good. Overall, I'm impressed. I will absolutely be going back in the future
