I have always been satisfied with this location until today. It took well over an hour to get my oil changed with the majority of that time not waiting in line, but rather waiting in the bay. They started on my car by pulling the filter and draining the oil and then it seemed all the workers left. My car sat there in the bay with the hood up and no oil in it for 30+ minutes. They have had my family vehicle for 11 days on a repair that should have taken 2 hours!! The incompetence is getting ridiculous at this point. If I ever get my vehicle, I'll never be back.
Great guys and very thorough! Great job, definitely would highly recommend.
