My mom got her oil changed on Saturday and when she left her check engine light was on the car didn't want to go in to drive and was smoking extremely bad out of the tail pipe i went and picked her up and left the car where it sat I checked it out and realized that they put around 3 qt. Too much oil, and didn't use the correct oil Wow unbelievable
They're very nice, polite, and helpful.
Larry and his team were lifesavers. 2 hours into our 16-hour drive home we broke down. Larry was quick to direct us to the location and take a look. They determined the problem was a shredded belt and had us back on our way within 3 hours on a busy Saturday. The staff was professional and kind. Many thanks again to Larry and the team for helping us get back home safely!
