Extremely slow service — despite the name, the “10-minute oil change” took closer to 30 minutes. Worse, I had to return the next day because it appears they put in the wrong oil and not enough of it. The dipstick was bone dry, and the oil light was still on. I specifically told the tech my car requires 5W-40, but he attempted to use 5W-20 anyway, and it seems he didn’t follow through even after being corrected. I visited Firestone due to a flat back tire and an urgent need to be at work within an hour and a half. Tay and the other gentleman provided excellent service, ensuring a timely turnaround.
Bad business. Went for an oil change & was quoted $97. I mentioned I had a a coupon and suddenly he came back and quoted the price at $118. I said so suddenly because I had a coupon you increased the price? Suspicious. Technician claimed it was misquoted because they’ve never worked on cars like mine. I drive a Kia sorento, nothing fancy. Take your business elsewhere where they are honest with their pricing.
