Called twice they answered and then hung up both times
On April 15th, I received an oil change from the Chamblee service center. While the staff were initially courteous, shortly after the service, I noticed oil leaking from my vehicle. The next day, I returned to the location and reported the issue. The technician ran a diagnostic and claimed there was no leak. The website offers services that the actual techs onsite do not do. Be very clear about what you are looking for and listen carefully to the answers you receive. Read the estimate and quotes as carefully as possible before agreeing to getting work completed.
Their website says they offer wheel alignment, however it’s a bait and switch. They will tell you that you need new tires to solve part of the problem then refer you to another location to get a new service and estimate for an actual alignment. No one will ever mention specifically that they do not offer Wheel Alignments like their website says they do. Dirty game, but that’s how they make money.
Just had an oil change done on my 2002 Chevy Avalanche, and the service was excellent! Derrick was professional, efficient, and had us in and out in no time. He also took the time to provide clear quotes for some upcoming repairs, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!
