First let me say this Express Oil was top notch prior to today. Came in today for a brake fluid flush and AC service. After waiting for 40 minutes, the manager Aaron came in to explain to another customer (white) that the AC machine was broken and he could not do the service. Meanwhile, he was suppose to give me the same information but did not address me at all (black). He even offered to give them the service for free later, once the AC machine was up and running.
