Mike was outstanding. He served me as if I was his own personal responsibility. This kind of customer service is very uncommon these days.

Chris and the Express Oil West Valley Avenue are great! Great customer service and work. I wouldn't trust our cars to anyone else.
Took my car in for an oil change, was pleased with the speed and the price, so I brought my other car in for a brake job. The technician told me that my brakes were in excellent shape and while he would be happy to do a brake job if I insisted, it wasn't necessary. So no charge for the brake evaluation, and no charge for the squeaky belt that he tightened up! I will be taking all my family cars to these guys from here on. They have absolutely earned my trust.
Outstanding Customer Service – My husband and I were out running errands when we decided to get our oil changed. We pulled up at Express literally 5 minutes before they were closing. The manager, Chris, said they would be happy to service our vehicle. We were the last car there and all the staff were very friendly, no one complained about having to stay a little longer. These guys are AWESOME! – I travel monthly (alone with two dogs) between Nashville, TN and Birmingham, AL. On 9/22/2011, the worry that something will happen with my car on one of these trips came to fruition. Headed north on I-65 about 10-15 miles south of Athens, the brake and battery light came on, the A/C stopped blowing cold air, and I lost power steering. Amended - Hixson Express Oil Change – An oil change business only provides one service - change your oil and filter - and it has to be right, or you'll soon be replacing your engine - it's a bad sign when you're a quart low three days after the service. The O-ring did't seal the first time, so the mechanic called in some help, and they eventually agreed that the problem was solved. Got the car home and found oil all over the driveway and garage. Lost a customer – Although the service is quick and good, $45 is too much to pay for an oil change. Sorry guys. I'll be going elsewhere.
Great Service- Honest Mechanics – I am a frequent customer who has 4 cars that I have serviced by this business for almost all needs. They will frequently check out a problem and not even charge me. Good honest mechanics who know what they are doing. Ask for Reese...he's superb.
