I recieved excellent service today from Trinity. There was no wait time. She was very polite and professional. She also saved me money on an air filter.
Several staff went the extra mile for me, from my initial questioning of stock to the printing out of my Tire change quote on the Mon of 8-11-25. They answered concerns that I had about my current set which had exposed wire threads, an issue they further informed me about, and divulged with me their Tire supplier which is down Mercer University Dr; useful information in the event that the tire size I may require was not currently in stock. I’ve been getting my oil changed here since we moved to Macon. Mickey and the other technicians are very knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. Last time I was in, my skid plate (splash plate), had come loose. They reattached it, even though that’s not part of a normal oil change. Big thanks to Mickey and the other crew at Express!
