You’re getting someone on this review who’s been to around 8 different locations of ExpressOilChange. I would post each experience as THE place where everyone should be going for oil changes and other minor repairs. I’ve used them for years. Got an oil change today Friday, very friendly crew. The guy that helped me was super nice filled all my fluids in my vehicle his name is Ulises! Ulises takes his time to explain everything, I felt very satisfied with what he did. I also got a rotation done. It took around 45 min for everything. Will be back.
Went and had my oil changed today. My tech was Andra. Hands down best customer service experience. He was Very polite and knowledgeable. He answered any questions I had. I will definitely be going back to see him again for my oil change needs.
Patrick was my technician amazing service not pushy with recommendations will definitely be back!
