RecommendedWhile my husband,pulling the troop trailer, and Boy Scouts and leaders we’re headed to kayak this weekend. His truck oil pressure light kept coming on. Guys tried adding more oil. That didn’t work. He drops the trailer, scouts and leaders at camp site. He drives in at 6:45am waiting for this Express location to open. Guy comes out before 7am open to ask the problem. While traveling from Atlanta to Birmingham I got a flat tire in my Mercedes and didn’t have a spare. Got towed to Firestone, and they were terrible. I called Express at 315pm to see if they could take me (they close at 4pm Saturdays) the man who answered the phone (Greg I believe) told me to come on by and he’d get me taken care of. I have 19 inch AMG rims/wheels so I wasn’t sure they could help me, but Greg totally came through. He got me in, plugged the tire so that I could turn around and drive back to Atlanta. Everyone at this location is amazing & friendly and fast.
Been here over an hour....
This location has always been great..but the tech does not respect the fact i wanted to be service with window slightly down. The first tech understood but the one who finished up my service even opened the door after i told him to keep his distance. My one oil change will not mean much but never again will i go there. Respect others judgement of safety even if you dont.
