After 2 attempts to get two different and new vehicles tires plugged for a nail in them they told me they would not plug them. Said i must get a new tire for $200. Went to Pep Boys in Pelham both times for 2nd opinion and they fixed them for $12 each. Sorry but I gave ya'll more than 2 chances and i really would like to keep my business in Helena with ya'll but I simply can't afford $200 everytime I run over a nail.
I had an oil change done on 9/22. They told me there was "multiple oil leaks" upon arrival, which I knew there was not. I am very conscious about my car and would have known. Today, 9/24 I wake up to oil all over my driveway, leaking from the VERY LOOSE bolt on my oil pan. Whoever did my oil change never even tightened my bolt right!!!! Are you joking????? I cannot say enough good things about this Express Oil location. From the management of Wyatt to service engineer Josh to auto technicians, I value their opinions and offer them my full trust. I've brought my vehicles to them over many years for multiple reasons and each time have left knowing the service was top notch. Thank you guys. I appreciate you.
