I would give zero stars if possible. We bought 6 brand new cars for our business. Our goal was to have them cleaned inside and out every 2 weeks. We have for a couple of years brought the old company cars to them to be cleaned (not old old but not brand new), they did the basic clean i side and out. We would usually have to go back behind them and hit spots on the inside that they didn’t wipe down (no real biggie because they weren’t brand new). Brought in my black 2022 Camaro LT1 to these dudes. Biggest mistake I've ever made. Not only was it a bad wash (as i was checking it at the end there was a large glob of grease on the side of my car and the guy wiped it off with a rag and smeared it all down the side), but they also left acid burns in my clear coat. I'm still seeking to get it buffed out by a professional shop. To the owner, if the buff job does not come out of my car I will be seeking legal action due to damages/ repair cost. Disappointed.
