Reached out to Express Neighborhood Air Masters yesterday and got service this morning! I won't delve into specifics, but I'm so grateful for how helpful, effective, and amiable Jeff was. He clarified the problem with my AC, the root cause of it, and the fix so comprehensively and had it all sorted out in less than 2 hours in Kettering!

norman was fantastic! I was struggling with 'hot spots' in my home. Discovered that the a/c unit was undersized because of an extension built by the previous homeowner. norman provided me with the appropriate size, and also installed some additional ducting and return. My air conditioning system stopped cooling today, so I reached out to a local AC repair service. They promptly dispatched Gerald to look into the issue. He assessed the situation and informed me that it was a quick fix. In no time, he had the system up and running again. I am really grateful for the work Gerald did for us. My usual AC repair service was unavailable as my upstairs unit went out. I reached out around 11AM and Jeff confirmed he could come by 3PM on the same day in Kettering. I delayed a bit too long to get my air conditioning system serviced. Now that it's been taken care of by Diego, I feel no stress when the weather heats up. The delay was definitely not worth the added worry. The new energy-efficient AC system installed is also going to save me some money by keeping my home cool. I'm satisfied with the service provided in Kettering.
