I was disappointed my daughters acrylics came off a week later. I hadn't had a pedicure for quite sometime so for me this was supposed to be a huge treat & it was anything but... the massage chair didn't work, a workers baby choked on a piece of orange, it was stressful & not a service i'd pay for again...
They do amazing job of shaping my nails and are always very professional and fun. They have always been able to get me in and really care about their end product.
Didn't do anything with my cuticles. Drill left minor damage. The whole process felt very rushed.
