Shady owner, and shady salespeople. Having to take him to small claims court due to them keeping $500 of a down payment once I backed out before signing anything. They claim I signed saying I agree to just give them my money. How is that when I’m in a totally different state, and never e-signed the ridiculous contract they sent?
