Tony came out twice to repair an electrical problem on my motorcycle. He found part of the problem the first visit, but stripped off the shrink wrap and cut some of the wires, then left. A week later on the second visit, he said the problem was the starter solenoid. While I was on the computer searching for a new solenoid, he 'tie-wrapped' all the wiring in a jumbled mess and closed everything up. Contacted Tony regarding my outboard motors. He diagnosed that my fuel pumps were bad ( twin OB's) .He installed low pressure pumps ( says he installed high pressure pumps) but motors would not run. Calledl Barefoot Marine and John came out and said high pressure pumps were not installedl or were bad. John installed CORRECT pumps and got my motors running. I informed Tony Black I'd like a refund which he would not provide it and calledl Barefoot Marine mechanic retarded even though John at Barefoot got the motors running. An... read more

I have used Express Mobile twice. The first job was the timing belt 1 1/2 years ago. The second job was tie rods. One tie rod had actuallly broken and the ball joint and axel also were involved in the repair. The technician arrived on time as scheduled. Had all necessary tools. Was polite and started working as soon as he arrived. I received a receipt with guarantee.on labor. and parts were purchased by myself and of course have manufacturer warrenty.
