Andy was punctual, fast, honest with the prices, and was able to put me between his appointment schedule. What I liked about Andy was that he was touching base with his appointment time and letting him know about my situation. He still made it on time for his client. I had a dead battery for my 2023 Freightliner Cascadia. He was cheaper than the other mobile guys around me near Brookshire, TX. He drove to buy my batteries and came back in a good reasonable time. We broke down on a busy 4 way freeway north of Houston late Friday afternoon. Called RV complete for assistance. They hooked us up with Express Mobile Repair. Our Tech Andy made it to our location as quickly as he could based on being 45 minutes away and finishing up a job he was currently on. He made it to us around 6:30pm and found the problem with 5-10 minutes… not an easy fix but told us he has done the sane repair several times… explained the process and we agreed.
